As a step towards getting the rural junta in India highly mobile, Nokia has taken after sales service to new levels.The company is now reaching out to rural mobile customers in remote villages in India by giving them after sales service on wheels.Named as, “Care-on-Wheels”, this new service will be targeting rural customers to look after the service and repairs of mobile phones. This step from Nokia is to support its rapidly going distribution network in rural India. Nokia is also increasing after sales service centers in semi-urban cities and town in India so that people get quality service on time. Nokia currently has 20 vehicles under its Care-on-Wheels program that regularly go to remote villages in India and service mobile phones
