With the Nokia Booklet 3G launched the recently concluded Nokia World 2009, Nokia has entered into a completely new ball game. Nobody would have imagined that a company like Nokia would jump into the Netbook race. But Netbooks today are a craze and they start from 19,000 INR here in India. Nokia has surprisingly priced the unlocked version of their Booklet 3G @ 575 Euros, which is around 40,000 INR (You get nice high-performing Laptops/Notebooks in that kind of money). I am sure that the high pricing of its Booklet, is Nokia’s way to keep competition minimum. If you look at the specs of the Nokia Booklet, they are pretty impressive at the first go with Windows 7, 12 hour battery back up time (which is massive, no power chords needed), 10.1 inch HD screen, HDMI slot and swappable SIM card feature, which is the most unique feature that the Booklet has in the current breed of Netbooks.
