It recently became official, more or less, by appearing on Samsung’s website, and today its story is finally nearing an end. As you can see above, the diminutive little Android phone is making its way into Verizon stores, where it’ll likely be priced at or below $50 on-contract (I hope) whenever it launches. As you could probably tell by just looking at… Read the rest of this entry »

The thought of a real Android tablet contender has stirred the tech world for months. Sporting a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 10.1-inch display, and Android 3.0, the Motorola XOOM should be the one to fill those shoes. When it was first announced, customers were just going to have… Read the rest of this entry »

Nokia might have recently adopted Windows Phone 7, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t still do a little tweaking to Symbian, too. The photo you see above was snapped at a recent event in China and is a Nokia N8 with what appears to be a slightly revamped UI for Symbian. You can see a status bar up top with some bits of information like time, battery, etc., as well as some soft keys at the bottom of the display. The widgets on the home screen appear to have gotten a fresh coat of paint, too,… Read the rest of this entry »

Ok whatever I might have written about Nokia, but I love their E Series phone. And I love this new E Series phone the E7, that was showcased exclusively to bloggers last week in Bangalore, India. I was invited but didn’tgo cause I really hate all these blogger meets and tweet-ups, not my cup of tea. Plus PR guys there, lick asses of big bloggers only. Anyway, so now as I have missed the E7 launch in India, I found this video of Nokia E7 being unboxed. Check out the video below. The E7 boasts of,

By now, the HTC ThunderBolt has had about a dozen different release dates and is currently “delayed” until either March 3rd/4th or March 10th. Along with the launch date, both the price and reason for the delays are still unknown. Tonight, though, the latter of those two may have finally been revealed. According to sources speaking to Engadget, the folks that are currently testing the ThunderBolt are getting around two to three hours of use before the handset’s battery is completely drained,… Read the rest of this entry » |
